Senior Application Consultant

About the role

You will take strategic leadership on one of the world’s largest SAP implementations, shaping solutions that support critical UK public‑sector infrastructure. Working in a hybrid model, you will guide senior clients and delivery teams through design, mobilisation, implementation and transition to live service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver end‑to‑end SAP solutions, from requirements through to hand‑over.
• Facilitate client workshops and governance forums, translating complex business needs into templated designs.
• Provide delivery oversight and solution governance, ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage quality, risks and smooth transition to live services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through credible interactions.
• Develop and mentor consultants, strengthening overall team capability.
• Contribute to strategic roadmap planning, service improvement and transformation decisions.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading complex technology delivery programmes.
• Proven ability to work in highly regulated environments.
• Excellent client‑engagement and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership of high‑performing, cross‑functional teams.
