Senior Architect – Industrial & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead and grow our Industrial & Logistics sector across our UK studios. The role offers ownership of high‑profile projects from inception to completion, with a clear pathway to Associate Director for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Industrial & Logistics projects across all RIBA stages (0‑6) and act as Lead Designer on major commissions.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships, support business development and sector growth.
• Mentor junior team members, provide technical leadership and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.
• Produce and review technical drawing packages, construction information and NBS specifications.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, British Standards and planning requirements.

Required profile

• ARB‑registered architect with proven experience in Industrial & Logistics projects.
• Strong understanding of UK planning policy, Building Regulations and British Standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects through all RIBA work stages.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership, organisational ability and capacity to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
