Senior Associate – Property Fund Finance (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Property Fund Finance team manages the financial operations of more than £30bn of property funds. This 12‑month fixed‑term role provides financial control and oversight for UK property funds, reporting to the Manager of Property Fund Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial, regulatory and investor reporting across a portfolio of real estate funds, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely delivery by third‑party service providers.
• Review fund performance, NAV calculations, cash‑flow forecasts, budgets and management information, providing challenge and insight to support decision‑making.
• Manage relationships with external administrators, auditors, tax advisers and other service providers, ensuring delivery against agreed standards and timelines.
• Support board governance activities, including investor reporting, financial oversight papers, distribution recommendations and board meeting materials.
• Review annual reports, statutory accounts and financial statements, coordinate audit activities and resolve financial reporting queries.
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance requirements, including Annex IV and other fund‑related submissions.
• Assist with acquisitions and financing activities.
