Senior Bordereau Executive

About the role

The Senior Bordereau Executive will act as a key partner between brokers and insurers, overseeing delegated authority arrangements and ensuring operational excellence in bordereaux processing and reporting. This remote‑first position supports a specialist organisation operating within the insurance and reinsurance market.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate bordereaux data, maintaining accuracy and integrity.
• Manage the health of files and queries, providing timely resolutions.
• Apply analytical thinking and AI‑enabled tools to optimise routine tasks.
• Support delegated authority submissions and ensure compliance with market standards.
• Collaborate with brokers, insurers and internal teams to streamline reporting workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a mid‑ or senior‑level bordereau processor.
• Hands‑on experience with BDX operations in a broker or insurer environment.
• Solid background in the London insurance market.
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in AI‑driven optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.
