Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce)

About the role

A well‑established organisation operating across the UK is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep Salesforce expertise to support a high‑visibility technology programme. The role bridges business and technology, collaborating with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and technical architects to design and deliver system enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate requirements‑gathering workshops with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Map current and future‑state business processes and systems.
• Analyse and document cross‑functional technology change impacts, including upstream and downstream effects.
• Produce high‑quality user stories and functional designs that translate into technical specifications.
• Work closely with developers, architects and product owners to shape technical solutions.
• Define acceptance criteria, support QA testing and develop test plans.
• Deliver regular status reports and system impact assessments to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 5+ years at senior level in complex technology environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience delivering systems development, integration projects and multi‑million‑pound programmes.
• Proven ability to produce clear, actionable requirements and translate them into high‑level technical designs.
• Demonstrated success facilitating workshops and influencing senior/C‑suite stakeholders.
• Resilient, able to work independently in ambiguous, fast‑paced settings.

What we offer

• Outside IR35 rate of approximately £650 per day.
• 12‑month contract, 4 days per week on‑site in London.
