About the role
We are seeking a Senior Casualty Claims Adjuster to join our Lloyd’s Managing Agency in London. The role involves managing high‑value and contentious casualty (EL/PL) claims across multiple international territories, from initial advice to final settlement.
Key responsibilities
- Handle high‑value and contentious casualty (EL/PL) claims from first advice through to settlement.
- Manage claims across the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia.
- Oversee Third‑Party Administrators and Coverholder partners, including portfolio analysis, audit engagements and stewardship calls.
- Control and monitor delegated authority (DA) claims.
Required profile
- Proven experience in international casualty claims adjusting within Lloyd’s of London and company markets.
- Demonstrated experience handling U.S. casualty claims.
