Senior Consultant – Project & Programme Management

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Strategic Programme Management practice in London. The role will involve leading transformation programmes for a range of clients, turning strategic objectives into measurable results while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of project and programme management engagements for large‑scale business and technology change.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Facilitate workshops, governance forums and executive‑level discussions.
• Produce high‑quality client deliverables, presentations and recommendations.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and identifying account growth opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and help develop internal capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, advisory or a comparable transformation environment.
• Proven track record delivering project or programme management engagements, preferably on digital or technology transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including interaction with senior executives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to spot new opportunities within client accounts.
• Relevant degree; professional certifications are a plus.
