About the role
We are partnering with a leading employee benefits consultancy to find a Senior Consultant Team Leader. This senior position will oversee a high‑performing consulting team and manage a portfolio of strategic group risk and healthcare clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Consultants and Associates, fostering professional growth.
- Plan resources and direct team activities to ensure exceptional client service.
- Manage a portfolio of group risk and healthcare clients, building strong relationships and delivering innovative solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting clients in achieving business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement, collaboration and business growth across the team and client portfolio.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing and leading consulting teams.
- Strong background in both healthcare and group risk within corporate consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key client relationships.
