Senior Corporate Tax Advisor (Remote)

About the role

This fully remote position is designed for a CTA‑qualified corporate tax specialist who wants to focus exclusively on high‑value advisory work. You will support a range of corporate transactions and restructuring projects without the pressure of compliance deadlines or business‑development targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical tax advice on corporate reorganisations, de‑mergers, management buy‑outs and share‑based remuneration schemes.
• Deliver tax clearances, SSE, EIS/SEIS assessments and support for complex restructuring transactions.
• Collaborate with clients to solve intricate tax problems and ensure optimal tax outcomes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and best practices.

Required profile

• CTA qualification or equivalent corporate tax expertise.
• Proven experience in advisory‑only tax roles, preferably at senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for technical detail.
