Senior CSA Project Manager (Data Centre & Mission Critical)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior CSA Project Manager to lead complex civil, structural and architectural works for data centre, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and other mission‑critical projects. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will join the leadership team and drive projects from design coordination through to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of CSA works, including design coordination, technical tender assessments and subcontractor management.
• Control programme schedules, budgets and procurement activities while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Establish and maintain risk and opportunity management procedures, including an early‑warning system.
• Lead technical teams, manage daily activities across contractors and vendors, and ensure delivery standards are met.
• Handle client liaison, manage expectations and deliver project handover with defect resolution.

Required profile

• Extensive CSA (civil, structural & architectural) construction background.
• Proven track record delivering complex data‑centre, industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical or other mission‑critical projects.
• Experience leading high‑value construction projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Familiarity with the complete project lifecycle from design to commissioning and handover.
• Willingness to commute to Bath or stay away on expense‑covered assignments.
