About the role
A growing Microsoft consultancy is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex technology and transformation projects for a diverse client portfolio. The role is fully remote and requires a structured, confident approach to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology and transformation projects.
- Manage project governance, RAID logs and Agile delivery processes.
- Build strong client relationships and engage senior stakeholders.
- Oversee project scope, risks, budgets and delivery plans.
- Mentor Delivery Managers and promote best‑practice delivery methods.
- Collaborate with technical teams and support pre‑sales activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering complex technology or transformation projects.
- Strong Agile delivery and project governance background.
- Confident stakeholder, risk and challenging‑conversation management.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing scope and budgets.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar delivery tools.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365, Power Platform or SaaS implementations (advantageous).
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience (desirable).
