Senior Digital Product Manager - Pensions, Annuities, FS

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the transformation of our retirement, pensions and annuities offering. You will shape the product vision, own the backlog and ensure digital solutions deliver measurable value for customers and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimisation.
• Act as the primary voice of the customer, using insights and data to influence product decisions.
• Prioritise the product backlog, balancing commercial value, customer impact and risk.
• Build business cases, assess ROI and monitor product performance against KPIs.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Digital, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Compliance and Customer Experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering customer‑facing digital products within financial services.
• Strong understanding of pensions, retirement or wealth‑management products.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to translate data into product decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
