Senior Employee Benefits Consultant

About the role

This senior consulting position sits within a well‑established insurance advisory business and focuses on delivering employee benefits solutions to corporate clients. You will act as the primary adviser, building long‑term relationships and supporting clients across a range of benefit programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop corporate employee benefits portfolios, acting as the lead adviser for each client.
• Advise clients on group risk, private medical insurance, income protection, group life, critical illness, workplace pensions, salary sacrifice, flexible benefits and wellbeing programmes.
• Identify and win new business opportunities within existing and broader commercial insurance client bases.
• Present benefit solutions to HR leaders, finance directors and senior executives.
• Collaborate with internal specialists, coordinators and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive service.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Consultant, Senior Consultant or similar role.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to grow and retain corporate relationships.
• Track record of winning new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Excellent client credibility and communication skills.
