Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A)

About the role

This senior finance analyst position supports strategic decision‑making for a fast‑growing, institutionally backed renewables and infrastructure platform. You will combine core FP&A responsibilities with deal‑driven analysis to optimise performance across a diverse portfolio of assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated financial reporting models for each business segment.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, valuation and capital‑allocation scenario analysis.
• Partner closely with investment and development teams on acquisitions and project financing.
• Provide insights on deal structuring, pricing strategy and negotiation support.
• Translate complex financial data into clear recommendations for non‑finance stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, track KPIs and prepare monthly management and board‑level reports.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a related analytical finance role.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong academic background.
• Demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets and perform scenario analysis.
• Commercially minded with the capacity to balance detail‑orientation and big‑picture thinking.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence engaging senior, non‑finance audiences.
