Senior HR Generalist & Business Partner (Remote, UK)

About the role

The Senior HR Generalist & Business Partner joins ELIQUENT’s global HR team to provide strategic and operational HR support across Europe, India and other expanding geographies. Working remotely from the UK, you will act as a trusted advisor to regional leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals while ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and regional leaders to design and implement HR strategies, workforce planning and talent initiatives.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Europe and additional regions, managing job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing and candidate experience.
• Oversee end‑to‑end HR processes including onboarding, off‑boarding, employee data management and HRIS updates.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law, GDPR and relevant international regulations.
• Provide employee‑relations support, coach managers on performance management and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain consistent HR policies, SOPs and toolkits.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement projects to increase HR efficiency.

• Experience supporting multiple regions and managing external recruitment partners.
