Senior HR Manager (Maternity Cover) – Luxury Fashion

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to provide maternity cover for a luxury fashion brand. Working closely with the Chief People Officer, you will act as the primary HR partner across the business, driving employee relations, performance management, organisational change and recruitment initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and performance review cycles.
• Lead organisational change projects and people‑focused initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment processes and ensure high‑quality talent acquisition.
• Supervise payroll oversight and annual review activities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape the people agenda.
• Provide hands‑on support for day‑to‑day HR operations.

Required profile

• Strong HR generalist with solid UK employment law knowledge.
• Experience in fashion, retail or consumer brands; EMEA exposure is a plus.
• Confident in senior stakeholder partnership and comfortable rolling up sleeves.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
