Senior Lettings Consultant – Kent

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Lettings Consultant to join our high‑performing Kent offices. As the number two in the branch, you will support the Branch Manager, mentor colleagues and drive the team towards exceeding targets in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers, agree new tenancies and manage landlord‑tenant relationships.
• Assess and value properties for the market and create marketing material.
• Generate new and repeat business through canvassing, door‑knocking and leaflet drops.
• Ensure properties comply with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding lettings targets and winning new business.
• Full UK driving licence (manual) and legal right to work in the UK.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
