Senior Lettings Negotiator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our busy Exeter office. The role offers the chance to manage a thriving lettings portfolio, work closely with the Head of Lettings, and mentor junior staff in a target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow client relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conduct market appraisals and oversee property viewings and re‑lets.
• Support the expansion of the lettings portfolio while ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Collaborate with the Head of Lettings to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
• Mentor and train junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential lettings, preferably at a senior level.
• Excellent communication skills with landlords, tenants and applicants.
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
• Organised, accurate and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and modern property management software.
