Senior Lettings Negotiator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a fast‑moving property lettings team in London. You will be responsible for managing a large, predominantly managed portfolio and will travel across the city to showcase properties to prospective tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and present a wide‑range portfolio to potential renters.
• Negotiate rental terms and secure agreements on behalf of landlords.
• Maintain high standards of service while working in an ultra‑fast‑paced market.
• Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and internal quality standards.
• Meet weekly and annual revenue targets, including commission on rent.

Required profile

• Calm, collected and able to thrive under pressure.
• Minimum three years of experience in residential lettings or property sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to work a full‑time schedule with occasional Saturdays.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary between £25k‑£30k per year.
• Commission of 30‑50% of weekly rent, with top earners reaching £100k OTE.
• Office based in Victoria, London.
• Bonus pool eligibility after one year of employment.
• Standard working hours 9:30‑18:00, Monday‑Friday.
