Senior Lettings Negotiator

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our property team in London. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, expanding your pipeline and generating new business opportunities within the residential lettings market.
Key responsibilities
- Letting, valuation and listing of residential properties while maximising fees and for‑let boards.
- Register client details and understand customers’ needs.
- Arrange and conduct multiple property viewings, handling objections effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain consistently high service standards.
- Canvass the local area, contact landlords and reach out to the previous client database.
- Advertise properties across all available channels.
Required profile
- Full UK manual driving licence and personal vehicle.
- Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills in the property industry.
- Strong motivation to generate new business and achieve targets.
- Passion for delivering excellent client service.
Required skills
- Driving licence (manual) and personal car.
