Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Manager – Warrington

About the role

We are a busy, independent estate and lettings agency seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Manager to join our friendly team in Warrington. The successful candidate will hit the ground running, managing lettings transactions and supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the office.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and arrange viewings for prospective tenants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Negotiate rental offers, agreements and manage check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Handle deposit disputes and ensure compliance with lettings legislation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support office administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings.
• Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation.
• Professional, confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own car (essential).
• Willingness to work alternate Saturdays (9am‑4pm).
• Desirable: ARLA qualification and knowledge of the Cheshire/Warrington property market.
