Senior Paraplanner – HNW Wealth Management (Hybrid, London)

About the role

Our client is a boutique wealth‑management firm serving high‑net‑worth individuals, families and trustees. They are seeking a Senior Paraplanner to own and deliver technically complex financial plans for sophisticated clients.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality suitability reports for multi‑goal HNW cases.
• Conduct advanced technical research across pensions, investments, trusts, IHT and tax planning.
• Develop detailed cash‑flow models and scenario analyses for long‑term strategies.
• Act as the technical reference point for advisers and the wider planning team.
• Attend client meetings alongside advisers on complex cases.
• Mentor and quality‑check the work of junior paraplanners.
• Contribute to the firm’s investment and technical committees.

Required profile

• Significant paraplanning experience within wealth management, preferably with HNW exposure.
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential); progress towards Chartered status highly valued.
• Deep technical knowledge of pensions, trusts and estate planning.
• Proven ability to write polished, multi‑goal suitability reports.
• Proactive, intellectually curious approach to solving technical problems.
