Senior Project Manager – Retail (French Speaking)

About the role

Mace is seeking a French‑speaking Senior Project Manager to lead refurbishment, fit‑out and relocation projects for high‑street retail clients across the UK and Europe. You will manage multiple fast‑paced property investment programmes, delivering new store fit‑outs, extensions, refurbishments and asset renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans from inception through construction, ensuring health & safety compliance.
• Manage budgets, risks and long‑term functional development for projects ranging from £100k to £20m.
• Lead design and consultant teams, coordinating stakeholders to meet KPIs and programme objectives.
• Travel within a geographic area centred on your home location, with occasional UK‑wide or European trips.
• Promote an inclusive culture and share best‑practice across programmes.

Required profile

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or an equivalent professional body.
• Proven experience delivering retail sector projects and programmes.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Fluent French language skills.
