Senior Projects Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead the delivery of commercial fit‑out and design‑and‑build projects (CAT A and CAT B) across the South West. You will act as the day‑to‑day project lead, coordinating clients, design teams, site crews, consultants and the supply chain to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high aesthetic standard.

Key responsibilities

• Own the programme and schedule for projects ranging from £1m to £10m.
• Coordinate technical and design information between all stakeholders.
• Manage mobilisation, logistics, supply‑chain leadership and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and JCT 2024 Design and Build Contract requirements.
• Resolve issues early, maintain detailed oversight while keeping focus on the client experience.

Required profile

• Strong project management experience in UK CAT A and CAT B commercial fit‑out, refurbishment or design‑and‑build.
• Proven track record of programme management, mobilisation, logistics, design coordination and handover.
• Working knowledge of JCT 2024 Design and Build Contract obligations.
• Relevant health and safety qualifications and site certifications.
• Degree, HNC/HND, NVQ or equivalent construction qualification; CIOB membership advantageous.
