Senior Quantity Surveyor – Up to £65,000 (Hybrid)

About the role

Join a respected multi‑disciplinary consultancy in Bristol as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will provide expert cost management and commercial advice across a diverse portfolio of high‑profile projects, working from inception to completion in a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑ and post‑contract quantity surveying services, including cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies.
• Manage procurement, tender processes and prepare tender documentation.
• Administer contracts, handle change control, valuations, cost reporting and final account negotiations.
• Monitor project budgets, financial performance and ensure commercial targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and junior team members.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Chartered status (MRICS) or working towards chartership.
• Proven consultancy‑side quantity surveying experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
