Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technology (London)

About the role

Reed is seeking a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to join its Technology division in London. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, develop new business and build lasting relationships with hiring managers and candidates across the specialist technology market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
• Develop new business and grow existing client accounts.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision‑makers.
• Source, interview and place technology candidates.
• Negotiate terms and ensure smooth recruitment delivery.
• Drive revenue growth and meet desk targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter or business development professional.
• Successful track record in technology recruitment or a strong sales background.
• Ability to manage client and candidate relationships independently.
• Motivation to achieve uncapped earnings and progress within a leading recruitment brand.
