About the role
AVEVA is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to lead the implementation of enablement initiatives across regions. The role partners with regional sales leaders to ensure that training, tools, and programs are aligned with field needs, empowering sales teams to meet their targets.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to tailor enablement programs that address specific field challenges.
- Oversee the delivery of training workshops, tools, and content, maintaining consistency and quality across all markets.
- Serve as the primary liaison between field sales teams and global enablement, gathering feedback to refine strategies.
- Provide coaching to sales and executive management to drive adoption of enablement initiatives.
Required profile
- Significant experience in sales enablement covering content creation, learning, coaching, engagement and demand generation.
- Proven track record as a field‑based sales enablement leader working directly with sales and commercial teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building and facilitation skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate new concepts, business models and technologies.
- Strong project ownership, delivering initiatives from start to finish with clear benchmarks and status updates.
