Senior Sales Negotiator – Residential Property

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our Mann estate agency team in Waterlooville. You will be responsible for winning new instructions, listing residential properties and delivering exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and secure property listings.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to buyers and sellers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Book appointments for in‑house Mortgage Advisors.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency (Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator).
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target‑driven setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and standard internet/email tools.
