Senior Sales Negotiator – Residential Property

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join Connells’ residential sales team in Ashford. You will be responsible for driving property sales from valuation through to completion, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations and conduct viewings.
• Negotiate offers, agree sales terms and manage the transaction through exchange and completion.
• Identify and schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
• Maintain accurate records and progress sales pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within residential property.
• Strong ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
