About the role
Propel is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to own and grow a market segment across the UK and US. You will work in the Rec2Rec space, focusing on executive search for technology and legal recruitment firms, and have the opportunity to shape a new region within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Own a defined market and develop relationships with top recruitment talent.
- Build and expand the Rec2Rec region, targeting tech and legal recruitment firms in the UK and US.
- Manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of passive candidates, ensuring timely placements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across time zones and cultures.
- Optionally relocate to the market area you are developing.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in the recruitment industry (billing desk, internal resourcing, or Rec2Rec).
- Strong commercial instincts and a genuine passion for people and talent.
- Proven ability to run structured hiring processes and nuanced senior searches.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills and a presence that people enjoy.
- Confidence working across different time zones, cultures, and seniority levels.
- Proactive, self‑starting mindset with a drive to achieve results.
