Senior Tax Manager – Transfer Pricing (Big4)

About the role

Our client, a leading Big 4 firm in London, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead its Transfer Pricing practice. The role is hybrid, offering the chance to work on complex, multinational projects while developing a personal client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transfer pricing risk, planning and implementation for a range of multinational clients.
• Coordinate European and global transfer pricing engagements with specialist teams.
• Support business restructurings, value‑chain transformations, APAs and tax audits.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, overseeing financial and risk aspects of projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising multinational corporations on transfer pricing matters.
• Track record of delivering innovative, practical solutions and sharing knowledge within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business through networking, referrals and cross‑selling.
• Experience managing multiple projects and mentoring junior staff.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and methodologies.
• Familiarity with intercompany transaction types (products, services, IP, debt).
• Strong analytical and project‑management capabilities.
