Senior Vulnerability Management Lead – UK

About the role

Santander UK is seeking a Senior Vulnerability Management Lead to protect its digital assets across the UK. Based in either Milton Keynes or Glasgow, you will own the end‑to‑end vulnerability management programme and work closely with security, IT and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the enterprise‑wide Vulnerability Management programme.
• Design and implement processes for prioritising and remediating vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with IT operations, infrastructure and application teams to execute remediation strategies.
• Monitor, analyse and report vulnerability trends, risks and programme performance to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Santander UK and Group vulnerability remediation SLAs.
• Escalate unresolved or high‑impact vulnerabilities through appropriate governance channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in vulnerability management and security hardening within a large organisation.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional security, IT and business stakeholders.
• Proactive, risk‑aware mindset with a track record of delivering remediation outcomes.
