Showroom Manager

About the role

Join an international, design‑led organisation that is expanding rapidly across the UK. As Showroom Manager you will own a new outlet, build and lead a team, and drive commercial performance while delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute clearance strategies, set pricing within agreed margins, and monitor daily conversion rates.
• Manage stock positioning, inventory prioritisation, and floor layout to keep product moving.
• Collaborate with warehouse, dispatch, customer service and marketing teams both locally and internationally.
• Review returned stock, standardise SKUs, and create clear pick‑lists for the warehouse.
• Design and maintain product displays that align with brand guidelines.
• Host every visitor, handle complaints professionally, and ensure a memorable luxury experience.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing team, establishing standards and rhythms for current and future outlets.
