Site Manager – Remedial & Fire Safety Projects

About the role

We are seeking experienced Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to lead high‑profile remediation and fire‑safety projects across London. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring that works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and site activities.
• Manage health & safety compliance on site.
• Coordinate remedial and cladding packages.
• Ensure works are completed to programme and specification.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and residents where required.
• Support project reporting and progress updates.

Required profile

• Previous experience delivering remediation, fire stopping, or recladding projects.
• Strong understanding of health & safety and site compliance.
• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work across multiple London‑based sites.
