Site Supervisor – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of infrastructure projects on a site‑based location in Netherton. You will act as the primary point of coordination between contractors and project stakeholders, ensuring safety, compliance and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent on‑site presence, promoting a strong safety culture and adherence to site standards.
• Monitor contractor performance, conduct quality checks and site audits, resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure all works align with design specifications and project requirements.
• Track and report site progress, providing daily/weekly updates on programme, safety and delivery.
• Guarantee compliance with planning consents, HSE standards and project governance.
• Support Construction Managers and contribute to project delivery, including attendance at project meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance.
• Experience overseeing contractors and ensuring quality and programme delivery.
• Effective communication skills with project teams and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
• Proactive, organised and capable of managing competing site priorities.

• Competitive daily rate of £550–£600 (Umbrella).
• 6‑month initial fixed‑term contract with potential extension.
• Full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday onsite role.
