SMART Repair Technician

About the role
Sytner Wolverhampton is seeking a SMART Repair Technician to join its automotive service team. You will perform S.M.A.R.T. repairs on a range of vehicles, delivering high‑quality workmanship within set timescales.
Key responsibilities
- Refurbish painted alloy wheels.
- Renovate used cars ready for resale.
- Repair scratches, scuffs, dents and windscreen abrasions or chips.
- Carry out general interior refurbishment.
- Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to meet customer service standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician (essential).
- Experience in a bodyshop environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
- Willingness to undergo training if not currently working for BMW.
