SMART Repair Technician

About the role

Sytner Wolverhampton is seeking a SMART Repair Technician to join its automotive service team. You will perform S.M.A.R.T. repairs on a range of vehicles, delivering high‑quality workmanship within set timescales.

Key responsibilities

• Refurbish painted alloy wheels.
• Renovate used cars ready for resale.
• Repair scratches, scuffs, dents and windscreen abrasions or chips.
• Carry out general interior refurbishment.
• Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to meet customer service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician (essential).
• Experience in a bodyshop environment is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to undergo training if not currently working for BMW.
