Software Developer – Hybrid (Birmingham or Exeter)

About the role

Good Growth is looking for a Software Developer to join its Build team. You will work on high‑impact front‑end features for client digital experiences, using the proprietary Good Growth Technology (GGT) platform. The role is hybrid, based in Birmingham or Exeter, with flexible hours and occasional office collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client Experiences on the GGT platform using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and front‑end frameworks such as Preact.
• Write end‑to‑end tests with Playwright to ensure synthetic monitoring and quality of deployed Experiences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from scoping to QA and feedback.
• Integrate and extend proprietary APIs and tools to deliver new functionality.
