Solar Electrician – Site Supervisor (Training to Management)

About the role

We are seeking a fully qualified electrician with solar installation experience to step into a hands‑on leadership position within a growing commercial solar business. The role combines site supervision with active participation in the installation of solar PV systems across the South West and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage commercial solar PV installation sites while remaining hands‑on with the installation work.
• Coordinate and lead on‑site teams to ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery of projects.
• Support the successful delivery of multiple projects across a growing commercial client base.
• Travel to and work away from home as required, including sites outside the local area.

Required profile

• Fully qualified electrician with a proven track record in solar installation.
• Experience in management, supervisory or team‑leader roles.
• Willingness to stay away from home and travel as needed.
