Sourcing Specialist – Indirect Procurement (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join a leading global organisation’s Indirect Procurement team. The role focuses on Corporate Real Estate and Business Services across the UK and EMEA, delivering strategic sourcing projects and day‑to‑day procurement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing projects from strategy definition through contract execution.
• Manage competitive tender processes (RFPs/RFQs) and supplier selection.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and supplier agreements.
• Develop sourcing strategies that generate measurable commercial value.
• Draft Statements of Work, Letters of Agreement and other procurement documentation.
• Oversee procurement governance, approvals and project administration using SAP Ariba.
• Provide market intelligence, supplier benchmarking and commercial insights.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing within a large multinational.
• Proven expertise in sourcing Corporate Real Estate or Business Services categories.
• Demonstrated success in contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.

Required skills

• SAP Ariba (or similar e‑procurement platform)

What we offer

• Rate of £560 per day (umbrella).
• Hybrid working – two days per week in the London office.
