Store Colleague - Night Shift

About the role

A Store Colleague on night shift in Bradford helps deliver a positive, welcoming experience every day, supporting customers and keeping the shop running smoothly. The role sits on the shop floor, with a focus on service, presentation and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers confidently, give product information and support, and recommend suitable products to help meet sales targets
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation, keeping fixtures, displays and stock areas clean and organised
• Replenish stock so products are available and correctly displayed
• Complete operational tasks such as processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing and preparing deliveries
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements, and work collaboratively with colleagues
• Support with additional duties as reasonably required
