Supply Chain Coordinator – Mandarin Speaking

About the role

Hisense UK is looking for a highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end supply chain processes for its White Goods portfolio. You will work across the UK, Europe and China, using EPOS data and market insights to forecast demand and align procurement with supply planning.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, balancing product availability with cost efficiency.
• Oversee the full order cycle, coordinating with sales, procurement and warehouse teams.
• Coordinate international logistics, schedule shipments and resolve delays with stakeholders in the UK, Europe and China.
• Analyze EPOS data and market trends to produce accurate demand forecasts.
• Partner with procurement and production to source components and finished goods on time.
• Track supply‑chain KPIs, prepare regular reports and highlight inefficiencies.
• Address disruptions such as shipment delays, production issues or quality concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and boost performance.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in supply chain coordination, logistics or inventory planning.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, import/export documentation and customs procedures.
