Supply Chain Analyst (Hybrid) – Leeds

About the role

Join the nation’s largest online pharmacy as a Supply Chain Analyst, helping to ensure patients receive their prescriptions on time. Based in Leeds with a hybrid working pattern, you will play a key part in maintaining optimal stock levels and improving supply reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Place purchase orders with manufacturers and suppliers according to forecasts, quota allocations and stock policies.
• Proactively follow up on orders to confirm supply, dispatch timing and delivery.
• Manage inbound service performance and patient service levels, driving continuous improvement.
• Minimise patient owing through effective stockholding, supplier quota management and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain or logistics within a healthcare or pharmacy environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and forecast demand.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with suppliers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high service levels for patients.
