Supply Chain Planner – 3-Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking an organised and analytical Supply Chain Planner to join a fast‑paced business on a three‑month temporary basis. You will support the planning and coordination of supply‑chain activities, ensuring products are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage demand and supply plans to maintain stock availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, identifying potential shortages or excess.
• Raise and track purchase orders with suppliers.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics and customer‑service teams.
• Analyse sales forecasts and support inventory planning.
• Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
• Produce reports and provide planning insights to stakeholders.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives across the supply‑chain function.
• Maintain accurate planning data within ERP and planning systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Supply Chain Planner, Demand Planner, Production Planner or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficient communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
