About the role

We are looking for adaptable Supply Teachers to support secondary schools across Tonbridge. This part‑time, temporary role lets you step into planned absences, training days or short‑term vacancies while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

Deliver pre‑prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
Create a calm and productive classroom environment.
Follow each school’s behaviour policies.
Provide end‑of‑day feedback to the school.

Required profile

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Previous classroom teaching experience.
Excellent organisational and behaviour‑management abilities.
A positive, proactive attitude.
