About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full‑cycle recruitment for our EMEA business units, supporting our Runcorn site. The role focuses on delivering a seamless candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple EMEA units, from sourcing to offer.
- Source candidates via diverse channels, screen, interview and assess fit against role requirements and company culture.
- Maintain compliance and data integrity by updating candidate information in Workday and following PHC Group’s recruitment process.
- Build trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers and act as a recruitment consultant.
- Support talent‑acquisition initiatives such as process improvements and employer‑branding projects.
Required profile
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Fluency in German, Italian or French (written and spoken) is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably supporting bilingual candidates across Europe.
Required skills
- Workday (HRIS) proficiency.
