Talent Acquisition Specialist (In House)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who moves fast and loves the hunt. You will work alongside our Heads of Talent Acquisition on senior and critical searches, building pipelines and owning a portfolio of roles from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Drive senior and critical searches with market maps, target lists and rapid outreach.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates, leveraging AI to research markets and accelerate outreach.
• Screen candidates against briefs and company values, presenting a clear point of view.
• Own a portfolio of roles end‑to‑end, from intake to accepted offer.
• Maintain a clean, accurate ATS and ensure candidates receive timely feedback.

Required profile

• Recruitment or sourcing experience in agency or in‑house environments.
• Hunter mindset – proactive sourcing rather than waiting for inbound applications.
• Experience hiring in media, content or creative roles, or a strong passion for the creator economy.
• Bias for speed – keep processes moving and never leave strong candidates waiting.
• Strong stakeholder management and confidence to push hiring managers for feedback.

Required skills

• Everyday use of AI tools for sourcing and recruiting.
• Proficient use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and data hygiene.
