Talent Acquisition Specialist – Salon Recruitment

About the role

Townhouse is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end recruitment for a portfolio of nail salons. You will drive candidates through the funnel, hit weekly hours targets and KPIs, and keep vacancy rates as low as possible while supporting international and franchise hiring as the brand expands.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for hours, bookings and KPIs across assigned salon locations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Nail Artists, from advertising and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Support international and franchise partner recruitment, adapting sourcing and screening to different markets.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and re‑engage candidates to minimise drop‑off and reduce time‑to‑hire.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and coordinate pre‑employment checks and onboarding.
• Contribute to compliance, process improvement, employer branding and candidate experience initiatives during quieter periods.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an in‑house multi‑site environment or high‑volume agency recruitment.
• Track record of meeting weekly/monthly hours targets and KPIs in a fast‑paced setting.
• Confident managing the full candidate journey with a genuine, candidate‑centric approach.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Data‑driven recruitment approach.
