Talent Executive

About the role

As a Talent Executive at Growth & Company, you will manage the full candidate journey—from sourcing and outreach to offer—while keeping clients informed and confident. You won’t be chasing sales targets or cold‑calling businesses, but you will need strong communication skills to present candidates compellingly and build genuine relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify strong candidates across various roles and sectors.
• Lead outreach and manage candidate engagement from first contact to offer.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, providing updates and managing expectations at each stage.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all parties.
• Represent candidates effectively, understanding their strengths and presenting them with conviction.
• With training and experience, develop the ability to sell recruitment services to clients through your network.

• Energetic, positive and able to bring good energy to a team.
• Commercially aware with an understanding of good client and candidate management.
