Talent Specialist – Recruitment (Northern Ireland)

About the role

Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a Talent Specialist to join the Angard Staffing team in Newtownabbey. This junior recruitment position supports high‑volume hiring for The Royal Mail Group’s distribution centres, mail centres and delivery offices across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Attract candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and channels.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to candidate queries via phone and email.
• Manage applications through the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer.
• Collect and verify right‑to‑work documentation on behalf of the client.
• Meet agreed targets and service‑level agreements to satisfy client requirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective telephone and email communication skills.
• Team player who can flexibly support colleagues as needed.
